I never thought I could transform my body…
I always thought it was because I didn’t have a thyroid and everything that comes along with it.
I made the scary decision to leave CrossFit after 5+ years and to get a gym membership to join a conventional gym so I could follow the Paragon program from Paragon Training Methods.
It took immense self-discipline to listen to everything the Paragon coaches suggested and everything Paragon Founder LCK had suggested regarding eating more food, taking 2-3 rest days per week, and not needing to do cardio if you just make sure to get 7-8k steps/day.
I started to see results almost right away and my body slowly started to feel great when I woke up in the mornings. I had so much more energy throughout the day and then came the physical results…something I thought was never possible for me.
