“I have been an avid Paragoner for over 2.5 years, and just wanted to jump on here to say again how much I love this program, the people behind it, and this community.
I had my second son in 2019. For the first 18+ months postpartum, I focused solely on eating the food (~2,300+ calories a day!), lifting heavy weights, and really trying to help my body recover and heal postpartum.
I’m so grateful for the Paragon community! I’m grateful for the mindset they push of health FIRST, appearance second. I’m grateful for a community that pushes new moms to focus on recovery and taking care of themselves, rather than just “bouncing back.”
I just finished up my second cut and was able to cut on decently high calories as a result of spending so much time eating at maintenance and higher calories.
Stoked that I am seeing shape, muscle, and definition! Stoked that I am feeling stronger, and more athletic than I probably ever have in my life!
And mostly just stoked that I have been able to do this without it feeling like a burden in any way!
