“The first picture is 39 weeks pregnant, the week I delivered my second child.
The second picture is 8 weeks postpartum after my second c-section.
I did the 4-day Physique program up until I delivered. I modified the workouts following The Mint Project recommendations.
I power walked. I ate well.
It was hard a lot of days but I did it and I’m so proud of myself for making my physical health a priority during this pregnancy.
Fast forward to now, I’ve completed a postpartum recovery program.
I see a pelvic floor therapist weekly.
I’m slowly starting the 3-day Physique program.
I feel 100x better than I did with my first child and I know it’s because of this program.
I still have more healing to do but I’m really proud of what this body is capable of!
