Workout Stuff:
I started following a physique-based training program in October 2021 called “Physique” from Paragon Training Methods. There are 2 upper body days, 2 lower days, & an optional cardio day I usually skip ? Paragon also recommends ~7-8k steps/day, which I crush because #dogmomlife. There are several other programs to choose from & they are the best. I’ll hype it up until I die.

Food Stuff:
I’ve been with @blackironnutrition (coach @moore_about_sarah who is the BEST, flexible, understanding, & an all-around awesome hype woman) since January of 2021. I track macros about 80% of the time. I eat roughly 2200 calories/day, I still socialize all the time, I travel a shit ton, and I’m not insane about hitting my numbers every single day. But I am consistent & this is what works for ME.
