“I always wanted to be smaller because that’s what I thought I was supposed to be.
I always wanted to rush the process.
I never gave myself permission to take up space, to be heard, to be confident.
I have now fallen in love with the process. Of lifting heavy shit. Of being proud of what my body can do (especially after two kiddos).
There are 4 years spread across these images. At times, it felt like progress was really freaking slow and not happening.
But here I am – becoming ✨

More days than I can count, the Paragon community and posts by Paragon members in the community group have saved me from spiraling – Paragon has helped me more than I could ever possibly put into words.
Bryan, your stories recently about your body changing over the years have spoken to me so much (hence why I looked back at photos to be proud of my progress).
LCK, keep taking us to church – I’m pretty damn positive I would’ve whittled away on too little food if I hadn’t found you when I did. Thank you also LCK for talking about hormone and thyroid health regularly. I’d been struggling with hair loss, always feeling cold, terrible sleep, dry skin, brittle nails, and anxiety/depression. I did an at-home thyroid test on the recommendation of LCK and have been on thyroid meds since. My skin is improving, I’m no longer tired during the day, I’m no longer freezing, and my hair is finally growing back ??
I signed up with Paragon Training Methods for workouts, but boy did I get so, so much more.”
