On the left, I had been eating 1,500 calories for 6+ months and lifting 5 days a week with one day of cardio. On the right, I’m reversing and currently eating 2,250 calories, doing Physique 4 days a week, with no additional cardio.
I never knew I could feel this good; I never knew it could be this easy. I was so used to feeling like death every day and I just thought that was completely normal. I appreciate this group SO much for pushing health and taking care of yourself above everything else. Don’t mind me while I yell at everyone to just eat the dang food!
