“2021 was the year of gains for me!
Left photo is pre-Paragon. I was doing CrossFit 5x/week, also lifting 3x/week, maybe getting 1 rest day a week, and eating 2,100 calories a day.
Right photo is 8 months of Paragon. I’m currently following the 3-Day Physique program, doing 2 days of CrossFit, ensuring 2 total rest days per week, and happily eating 2,600 calories a day.
I actually weigh 15 lbs more present-day and have never felt better or looked stronger and more athletic! (:
Physical changes are obvious, but what you don’t see in these pictures is the internal growth and mindset changes: the understanding of why my body needs more rest, why my body needs (and deserves) more food…
