Bye Bye Wodify, Hello Train Heroic
Checking in with the news of the century: WE HAVE A NEW TRAINING APP!!
We are SO excited to share that we’ve changed workout platforms and we’ll no longer be hosting workouts on Wodify!
When we founded Paragon in 2018, it wasn’t super common to sell remote workouts and there weren’t many apps to choose from. Believe it or not, our old app (Wodify) was actually the “cream of the crop” back then.
Fast forward to the present day (after a pandemic when coaches were forced online and into remote coaching), the workout app industry exploded… while unfortunately, our app didn’t continue to upgrade or evolve ):
We are SO excited for what the future holds now that Paragon has an amazing new app with tons of new features (and more upgrades on the horizon to come).
New Training App Features:
- Programmed Warm-ups: 5-10 min of fun
- Detailed Workouts: so you know exactly what to do
- Daily Monitoring: energy, sleep, soreness, and recovery
- In-App Chat Feature: ask the coaches nutrition, fitness, and programming questions, plus connect with fellow members
- In-App Timer: for rest periods, intervals, EMOM, AMRAP, etc
- No Clicking Needed: easily view previous weights lifted
- Swap Movements: need to scale/modify the workout? Easily substitute movements AND track their weights
- No Calendar Wrestling: fall behind on your workouts or join a program mid-cycle? No sweat!
- Video Database: 400+ lifting demo videos hosted in the app so you know exactly how to perform movements and lifts (no clicking to Youtube!)
- “Game-ified” App Features: to give you all the warm fuzzies and positive habit reinforcements

Our Paragon workouts are evidence-based and backed by science. You can choose to work out for 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes per day. We have workouts for all goals and levels of lifting experience. As well as the option to still include things you love (whether that’s running, Olympic Lifting, or riding your Peloton).
