Yes, our bodies go through tons of hormonal changes, but it’s not the end of the world.
I’m actually a CrossFit coach, but I do very little Crossfitting now that I’m 53 years old.
Lifting weights is what makes me and my body feel the best.
I’ve had Systemic Lupus for 20+ years and am proud to say I take 0 medication for it and have it completely under control with diet and exercise. Cheers to being strong and well-fed!
I especially love working my back muscles, even though I can never see them as they make me feel strong as hell.
The bottom photo was me at 50 years old. I had a goal to see if I could get a 6 pack by my 50th birthday… mission accomplished.
I eat mindfully, stay away from processed food, and lift heavy weight 4-5x a week. I just started my second cycle in Physique and can’t wait to see all the gains coming my way.
