100 Days of Core Workouts
No mountain climbers or bullshit “core” workouts that resemble something you’d see in grocery store fitness magazines or Pinterest, guaranteed.
Each workout piece should take you between 3-5 minutes. There are also a few longer pieces in the 6-8 minute range. By purchasing this eB00k, you’ll receive 50 bodyweight core workouts and 50 core workouts requiring equipment or weights. There’s links to videos so you know how to properly perform each movement as well.
